Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or participating in any coaching services, programmes, or digital products offered by Evolve with Tracie ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking a session, enrolling in a programme, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Evolve with Tracie

Evolve with Tracie is a life and mindset coaching business operated by Tracie, based in the United Kingdom. All services are delivered online via video calls, recorded courses, and digital resources.

2. Services Offered

We offer the following services (individually and collectively referred to as "Services"):

One-to-one life and mindset coaching sessions (video call)

Group coaching programmes

Online courses and digital resources

Workshops and masterclasses (online)

3. Coaching is Not Therapy

Important: Coaching is a professional relationship distinct from therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. Tracie is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional help.

By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that coaching focuses on personal development, goal-setting, and mindset work, and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or a deposit where applicable). Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made via the methods provided at checkout. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For one-to-one coaching sessions:

More than 48 hours' notice: You may reschedule at no charge.

24–48 hours' notice: You may reschedule once; further cancellations within this window will forfeit the session.

Less than 24 hours' notice: The session will be forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

For programmes and courses, cancellation terms are outlined at point of purchase and will take precedence over the above.

6. Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for digital services not yet delivered. Once a coaching session has taken place or a digital product has been accessed, refunds are not available.

Programme refunds requested after the cooling-off period will be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds on the basis of personal circumstances unless covered by statutory rights.

7. Your Responsibilities

To get the most from our Services, and as a condition of participation, you agree to:
